- How does the text capturing work?
- GlowText allows you to select any text on a webpage, then save it with a simple click or keyboard shortcut (Ctrl+Shift+S or Command+Shift+S on Mac or Alt+1, 2, 3). Your captured text is stored locally in your browser and can be viewed anytime by clicking the extension icon.
- Is there a limit to how much text I can save?
- The Free plan allows you to store up to 5 highlights. With the Plus plan, you can save up to 100 saves. The Pro plan extends this to 500 storage.
- Can I highlight text on websites I've previously captured?
- Yes! GlowText automatically highlights text you've previously captured when you revisit a website. This makes it easy to identify important information you've already saved. Plus and Pro users can also customize highlight colors to organize their captures visually.
- Is my highlighted text synced across devices?
- For Plus and Pro users, we offer cross-device synchronization. This allows you to access your saved text from any device where you've installed the GlowText extension and are logged into your account.
- How can I export my saved highlights?
- Plus and Pro users can export their captures in CSV or JSON format. This makes it easy to back up your data or use it in other applications. Free users will need to upgrade to access this feature.
